The 2013 Thunder are Semi-Finalist in the Challenger Cup

The Thunder had to play in the Challenger Cup in the 2012 age group.  The girls played very well on Saturday and were able to win 2 games vs Baltimore Union 2012s and Cockeysville Gold 2012s.  They beat Union 3-0 and beat Cockeysville 2-0.

In the Semi-final game on Sunday morning, the girls played Cockeysville Blue 2012s to a 0-0 tie.  The game had to be settled by penalty kicks and the Thunder weren't able to come out on top.

The coaching staff were very proud of the girls all weekend.  Playing up a age bracket is never easy.
