The Baltimore Bays Dynasty team was founded in the summer of 2014.  The team is made up of highly skilled players with experience in the Eastern Development Program (EDP), Divisions I-III of WAGS and elite tournaments all across the Mid-Atlantic region.  It will be led by a professional coaching staff whose focus is on player development, college showcasing, and advancement. Training is offered at a high level with equal emphasis between seriousness and player enjoyment of the game. In the summer we have 7v7 league play and training, as well as 1-2 tournaments. We will be playing in BBSL in the spring and the EDP league in the fall.  The team is futsal-based to harness the footskills necessary to develop confidence and mastery with the ball. Limited roster spots are avaliable for talented players within the rising U16 - U18 age levels.

Head Coach: Mike Scarff

Former Assistant Head Coach for the Varsity Girl’s team at St. Johns College High School and Junior College Coach at Prince George's Community College. Licensed and current futsal trainer at the state, regional, and national level for over ten years. Appointed to the U.S. National Futsal Team Coaching staff for Youth Development Program.

Assistant Coach: Timothy Lenzo

Coach Lenzo began playing soccer in 1992 within Howard County, Maryland. He played club soccer and was team captain beginning in 1998, for 7 years, until he graduated high school in 2005. He began Futsal in 1997 and was a multiple Maryland Futsal State Champion and Regional semifinalist. He played in the Men's National Futsal Tournament and later won the Commanding General’s Cup for Camp Pendleton in 2014 while serving in the United States Marines Corps.

Assistant Coach: Kristina Valerio

Soccer has been her passion since the young age of 6 years old. She is a former player and captain of Coach Mike's '93 team. She played striker and scored the most goals at James Hubert Blake High School, where she is now coaching and teaching. Her goal in coaching is to help sharpen skills and develop an overall player. She goes by the motto, "respect all, fear none!"

Assistant Coach: Andrew Vincent

Andrew grew up playing travel soccer for local Howard County clubs like SAC, Thunder, ASA, Central Maryland Futsal, and Maryland ODP. In addition to being a current member of the University of Maryland Club Soccer team, he has coached futsal since 2013. As a player and coach, he has numerous Futsal state cup titles, 2 regional titles, and one third place finish at nationals.

Technical/Tactical Advisor:  Lincoln Phillips

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, served for seven years as the Technical Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation Men's Senior National Team, where he helped guide the small islands of Trinidad and Tobago to their first-ever World Cup appearance in 2006.  At Howard University, he led the men's soccer team to two NCAA Division I National Championships in 1971 and 1974, becoming the first African-American coach to win an NCAA title.
