Baltimore Armour U.S Soccer Development Academy

‘Baltimore Armour’ has been created for the most elite male players in the area. The program is a partnership between the Soccer Association of Columbia (SAC), Pipeline Soccer Club (PSC), the Baltimore Bays (BAYS) and the Pro Soccer Academy. Baltimore Armour was accepted into the United States Development Academy. This is the highest level of play for all youth male American players.

SAC, PSC, BAYS and Pro Soccer Academy will continue to exist as different entities on the club, travel, and recreational level. Baltimore Armour will be run and operated by SAC’s Executive Director Craig Blackburn, SAC’s Technical Director John Ellinger, PSC’s President Sean Rush, and PSC’s Vice President Santino Quaranta. Baltimore Armour will work with other Baltimore area clubs for player recruitment.

"Everyone involved with Baltimore Armour is extremely excited about being given this opportunity of full U.S. Soccer Development Academy status; it is a dream come true. The Baltimore area has a strong history of developing players who have played for the various U.S. National Team programs and at the professional level. We look forward to the challenge of creating a stronger player base for many years to come in the Baltimore area,” said John Ellinger.

The mission of the newly formed Baltimore Armour is to offer the most comprehensive player development environment in Baltimore that will unite the Baltimore soccer community, inspire our players and achieve excellence.
