Soccertowne

Order deadline is Saturday June 14th, 2008

No changes will be allowed to the bulk order after this date.  Any orders submitted past the deadline will not be included in the bulk order and subject to stock availability at adidas.  The team manager will also be responsible to pick up the order and take it to Sportsline for the logo and numbers.

*All orders must be submitted to Soccertowne on the approved Bays order form and sent via fax 410-785-2157 or e-mail Soccertowne@hotmail.com.  Orders submitted on any other form will not be accepted.  This form will be sent to team managers via e-mail and available for download on the Baltimore Bays website.

*Soccertowne will provide delivery and pick-up service to and from Sportsline for the bulk order only. 

*For any orders after the bulk order (fill-ins, late orders, etc.) it will be the team representative’s responsibility to pick the order up at the store and arrange for any logos and numbering to be applied.  Payment for uniforms will be due to Soccertowne when the uniforms are picked up by the customer/team manager. Payment for logos, numbering etc. will be due to Sportsline at time of delivery.   The preferred method of payment is with a team check.

*Bays uniform prices are for orders by a team manager, and do not apply to in-stock store merchandise.  There will be a small amount of Bays inventory held at Soccertowne (Jerseys, Shorts, etc.) available for team managers only.

*Uniform samples will be available at Soccertowne in Hunt Valley for sizing purposes.  These will be in the store in May, and a club representative will be contacted when they arrive in the store.   The club may also take a set of samples if they wish and make them available to teams for sizing.

*If a jersey has been printed incorrectly, the team manager will need to work with Sportsline directly.

*The best way for Communications between team managers and Soccertowne during the uniform process is via e-mail – Soccertowne@hotmail.com, or the secondary option of telephone 410-785-2155.   The timeline for the completion of the uniforms will be communicated via the Bays e-mail chain when the bulk order is placed. This will include the target delivery date.  Any other pertinent information will be passed along to team managers, as needed, via the bays e-mail distribution list.  It would be appreciated that the team representatives/members do not call or e-mail to check on the status of uniforms, etc. as this information will be provided to them at the time of their order.  Team managers will be notified by Soccertowne when the uniforms are finished and available for pick-up and if there are any changes or delays if they occur.
